We never scan or read your private notes. These rules apply to what you make public or share with other people: published pages, comments, and notes you share. Everything else is yours alone.لا نفحص ملاحظاتك الخاصة ولا نقرؤها أبدًا. تنطبق هذه القواعد على ما تجعله عامًّا أو تشاركه مع غيرك: الصفحات المنشورة والتعليقات والملاحظات المشتركة. وكل ما عدا ذلك لك وحدك.

What is not allowedما لا يُسمح به

Please do not publish or share any of the following. Each one is also a reason you can choose when you report something.من فضلك لا تنشر ولا تشارك أيًّا مما يلي. وكل قاعدة منها هي أيضًا سبب يمكنك اختياره حين تبلّغ عن شيء.

1. Spam or pretending to be someoneإعلانات مزعجة أو انتحال هوية: Ads, scams, repeated junk, or posing as Risha or another person.إعلانات أو احتيال أو تكرار مزعج، أو ادّعاء أنك ريشة أو شخص آخر.
2. Harassment or hateمضايقة أو كراهية: Bullying, threats, or attacks on people for who they are.تنمّر أو تهديد أو إساءة إلى أشخاص بسبب ما هم عليه.
3. Sexual contentمحتوى جنسي: Explicit material, or anything sexual involving a child.مواد صريحة، أو أي شيء جنسي يخص طفلًا.
4. Violence or self-harmعنف أو إيذاء للنفس: Threats, graphic violence, or encouraging someone to hurt themselves.تهديدات أو عنف صادم أو تشجيع شخص على إيذاء نفسه.
5. Illegal contentمحتوى مخالف للقانون: Content or activity that breaks the law.محتوى أو نشاط يخالف القانون.
6. Copyrightحقوق النشر: Something that belongs to someone else, used without permission.شيء يعود لغيرك واستُخدم دون إذن.
7. Something elseأمر آخر: Tell us what is wrong in the note box.اكتب لنا في خانة الملاحظة ما المشكلة.

How to reportكيف تبلّغ

Every public page has a Report this page button at the bottom, and you do not need an account to use it. Inside the app, use the menu beside a comment, the people menu in a shared note, or Settings. Pick the rule that fits and add a note if it helps. If someone is in danger, call your local emergency number.في أسفل كل صفحة عامة زر «الإبلاغ عن هذه الصفحة»، ولا تحتاج إلى حساب لاستعماله. وداخل التطبيق استعمل القائمة بجانب التعليق، أو قائمة الأشخاص في الملاحظة المشتركة، أو الإعدادات. اختر القاعدة المناسبة وأضف ملاحظة إن كانت تفيد. وإن كان أحدهم في خطر فاتصل برقم الطوارئ في بلدك.

What happens nextماذا يحدث بعد ذلك

A person reads every report. We aim to act on severe reports (sexual content, violence or self-harm, illegal content) within 24 hours. We may remove a page, pause sharing or publishing on an account for a time or for good, or dismiss the report when nothing is wrong. We never tell the person reported who reported them. The owner is told which rule was broken.يقرأ شخص حقيقي كل بلاغ. ونسعى إلى التصرف في البلاغات الشديدة (المحتوى الجنسي، والعنف أو إيذاء النفس، والمحتوى المخالف للقانون) خلال ٢٤ ساعة. وقد نزيل صفحة، أو نوقف المشاركة أو النشر على حساب لمدة محددة أو نهائيًا، أو نغلق البلاغ إن لم نجد مشكلة. ولا نخبر المُبلَّغ عنه أبدًا بمن أبلغ عنه، لكننا نخبر صاحب المحتوى بالقاعدة التي خُرقت.

Blockingالحظر

You can block anyone who bothers you from the menu beside their name. They can no longer invite you, comment on your notes, see when you are in a note, or open links you made. Nothing is deleted, and you can unblock at any time.يمكنك حظر من يضايقك من القائمة بجانب اسمه. فلا يستطيع بعدها دعوتك، ولا التعليق على ملاحظاتك، ولا رؤية وجودك في ملاحظة، ولا فتح الروابط التي أنشأتها. ولا يُحذف شيء، ويمكنك إلغاء الحظر في أي وقت.

Appeals and copyrightالاعتراض وحقوق النشر

If we remove your page and you think we got it wrong, you can appeal once for each removal. Open Settings, then Privacy and data, and tell us what we got wrong. A person will read it. For copyright, write to the support contact below with the address of the page, what you say belongs to you, your name and contact details, and a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not allowed. The owner of the page may answer with a counter notice.إن أزلنا صفحتك وظننت أننا أخطأنا فيمكنك الاعتراض مرة واحدة على كل إزالة. افتح الإعدادات ثم «الخصوصية والبيانات» وأخبرنا بما أخطأنا فيه، وسيقرؤه شخص حقيقي. أما في حقوق النشر فاكتب إلى جهة الدعم أدناه واذكر عنوان الصفحة، وما تقول إنه يعود لك، واسمك وبيانات التواصل معك، وإقرارًا بأنك تعتقد بحسن نية أن هذا الاستعمال غير مسموح. ولصاحب الصفحة أن يرد بإشعار مضاد.
