Using Rishaاستعمال ريشة

You may use Risha for study, teaching and personal work. You must follow the law, respect other people, and keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what you write, import, share and publish.يحق لك استعمال ريشة للدراسة والتدريس والعمل الشخصي. عليك الالتزام بالقانون واحترام الآخرين وإبقاء بيانات دخولك لنفسك. وأنت مسؤول عمّا تكتبه وتستورده وتشاركه وتنشره.

Your contentمحتواك

Your notes remain yours. You give us permission to store, process and display them only as needed to run the features you use: syncing, sharing, publishing and, when you ask, AI. When you publish a page, you decide who can read it.تبقى ملاحظاتك ملكك. وتمنحنا الإذن بتخزينها ومعالجتها وعرضها بالقدر اللازم لتشغيل الميزات التي تستعملها: المزامنة والمشاركة والنشر، والذكاء الاصطناعي حين تطلبه. وحين تنشر صفحة فأنت تقرّر من يقرؤها.

What you must not doما لا يجوز

Do not upload content that is unlawful, that infringes someone else's rights, or that is harmful. Do not try to break, overload or reverse engineer the service, or use it to send spam. We may remove published content and suspend accounts that break these rules.لا ترفع محتوى مخالفًا للقانون أو متعدّيًا على حقوق غيرك أو ضارًّا. ولا تحاول كسر الخدمة أو إرهاقها أو هندستها عكسيًا، ولا تستعملها لإرسال رسائل مزعجة. ويحق لنا إزالة المحتوى المنشور وتعليق الحسابات التي تخالف هذه القواعد.

Plans and billingالباقات والفوترة

There is a free plan. Paid plans, when they open, are subscriptions you can cancel at any time. On the web they are billed through Polar. In the iPhone, iPad and Android apps they are billed through the App Store or Google Play, which handle the payment and refunds under their own rules. Prices and limits are on the plans page, and we will tell you before they change. Limits exist to keep the service fair, and the app tells you when you reach one. AI answersإجابات الذكاء الاصطناعي

AI answers can be wrong. Check anything important. Do not rely on the tutor for medical, legal or financial decisions. What you send the tutor is processed by AI providers, as the privacy page describes.قد تخطئ إجابات الذكاء الاصطناعي. تحقّق من كل ما هو مهم. ولا تعتمد على المعلّم الذكي في قرارات طبية أو قانونية أو مالية. وما ترسله إلى المعلّم يعالجه مزوّدو ذكاء اصطناعي، كما تصف صفحة الخصوصية.

Availabilityالتوفّر

Risha is an early product. We work to keep it available and your notes safe, but we cannot promise it will never fail. Keep a copy of anything you cannot afford to lose, for example by exporting it.ريشة منتج في بدايته. نعمل على إبقائها متاحة وملاحظاتك آمنة، لكننا لا نعد بأنها لن تتعطل. احتفظ بنسخة مما لا تحتمل ضياعه، كأن تصدّره.

Ending the agreementإنهاء الاتفاق

You can stop using Risha and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken. Sections that by nature should survive, such as limits on liability, will.يمكنك التوقف عن استعمال ريشة وحذف حسابك في أي وقت. ويحق لنا تعليق الوصول أو إنهاؤه إذا خُرقت هذه الشروط. وتبقى سارية البنود التي تقتضي طبيعتها ذلك، مثل حدود المسؤولية.

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as it is, and Risha is not liable for indirect losses.بالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون تُقدَّم الخدمة كما هي، ولا تتحمل ريشة الخسائر غير المباشرة.

Content, reporting and removalالمحتوى والإبلاغ والإزالة

What you publish or share must follow the content policy. Anyone can report a public page or a shared item, and a person reads each report. We may remove content, pause sharing or publishing on an account for a time or for good, and end access after repeated or serious breaks. You can appeal a removal once. The content policy has the rules and the details.يجب أن يلتزم ما تنشره أو تشاركه بسياسة المحتوى. ويستطيع أي شخص الإبلاغ عن صفحة عامة أو عن شيء مشترك، ويقرأ شخص حقيقي كل بلاغ. وقد نزيل المحتوى، أو نوقف المشاركة أو النشر على حساب لمدة محددة أو نهائيًا، وننهي الوصول بعد تكرار الخرق أو جسامته. ويمكنك الاعتراض على الإزالة مرة واحدة. وتجد القواعد والتفاصيل في سياسة المحتوى.
