The short versionباختصار

Your notes are saved on your device first. If you never sign in, your notes, files and settings never reach our servers. Signing in turns on sync and sharing, and then your notes and files are stored with the providers named below. The one thing a guest's device can send is an error report, when error reporting is switched on for the version you use. We show no ads, run no analytics tools and sell nothing. The AI tutor runs only when you send it a message.تُحفظ ملاحظاتك على جهازك أولًا. وإن لم تسجّل الدخول فلن تصل ملاحظاتك وملفاتك وإعداداتك إلى خوادمنا أبدًا. أما تسجيل الدخول فيفعّل المزامنة والمشاركة، وعندها تُخزَّن ملاحظاتك وملفاتك لدى المزوّدين المذكورين أدناه. والشيء الوحيد الذي قد يرسله جهاز الزائر هو تقرير عن خطأ، حين يكون الإبلاغ عن الأخطاء مفعّلًا في النسخة التي تستعملها. لا نعرض إعلانات، ولا نشغّل أدوات تحليل، ولا نبيع شيئًا. والمعلّم الذكي لا يعمل إلا حين ترسل إليه رسالة.

What stays on your device, and error reportsما يبقى على جهازك، وتقارير الأخطاء

Notes, folders, handwriting, imported PDFs and images, flashcards and your preferences are stored on your device. As a guest nothing else happens: Risha sends none of it to our servers, and clearing the app's or the browser's site data erases it. The exception is error reports. When the version you use has error reporting switched on, an error sends a short report to Sentry, our error-tracking provider, even if you never sign in. It holds the kind of error, a shortened message with any free text removed, where in the code it happened, the page pattern (never the address of one of your notes), and the app version and platform. It never holds note text, titles, file names, screenshots or screen recordings, and it carries no name, email or account number. The report itself carries no IP address or location. On a signed-in device it adds a one-way code made from your account number instead of the number itself. There is no switch in Settings for this yet. When an error screen offers Send a report, that sends the same cleaned details plus whatever you type in the box, and pressing it is your choice.تُخزَّن الملاحظات والمجلدات والكتابة بخط اليد وملفات PDF والصور المستورَدة والبطاقات وتفضيلاتك على جهازك. وللزائر لا يحدث شيء غير ذلك: لا ترسل ريشة منها شيئًا إلى خوادمنا، ومسح بيانات التطبيق أو المتصفح يمحوها. والاستثناء هو تقارير الأخطاء. فحين يكون الإبلاغ عن الأخطاء مفعّلًا في النسخة التي تستعملها يرسل الخطأ تقريرًا قصيرًا إلى Sentry، مزوّد تتبّع الأخطاء لدينا، حتى لو لم تسجّل الدخول قط. يحمل التقرير نوع الخطأ، ورسالة مختصرة أُزيل منها أي نص حر، والموضع في الشيفرة الذي حدث فيه، ونمط الصفحة (لا عنوان إحدى ملاحظاتك)، ونسخة التطبيق ونظام التشغيل. ولا يحمل أبدًا نص ملاحظة ولا عنوانًا ولا اسم ملف ولا لقطة شاشة ولا تسجيلًا لها، ولا يحمل اسمًا ولا بريدًا ولا رقم حساب. ولا يتضمن التقرير نفسه عنوان IP ولا موقعًا. وعلى جهاز مسجَّل الدخول يضاف رمز أحادي الاتجاه مصنوع من رقم حسابك بدل الرقم نفسه. وليس في الإعدادات مفتاح لإيقاف ذلك بعد. وحين تعرض شاشة الخطأ زر «إرسال بلاغ» فإنه يرسل التفاصيل المنقّاة نفسها مع ما تكتبه في الخانة، والضغط عليه اختيارك.

What we collect when you sign inما نجمعه عند تسجيل الدخول

Signing in uses Apple or Google through Clerk, and we receive your name, email address and profile picture from them. To sync and share, we store your folders, notes and their text, handwriting, PDFs and images, flashcards and your review history, comments, version history, sharing and publishing settings, and your preferences. We also keep what the account needs to run: your plan, counts that enforce plan limits (storage, AI messages, published pages), your time zone and language so reminders arrive at your local time, a random device identifier, the push token of a device that allows notifications, and when you were last active. If you make a public profile, we also store the handle you pick, its display name, a short bio, up to three links, and the language and colour you choose for it. Files are stored with Convex, and with Cloudflare R2 once we switch it on for file storage.يتم تسجيل الدخول بحساب Apple أو Google عبر Clerk، ونتلقى منهما اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني وصورتك الشخصية. وللمزامنة والمشاركة نخزّن مجلداتك وملاحظاتك ونصوصها وكتابتك بخط اليد وملفات PDF والصور والبطاقات وسجل مراجعتها، والتعليقات وسجل النسخ، وإعدادات المشاركة والنشر، وتفضيلاتك. ونحتفظ أيضًا بما يلزم لتشغيل الحساب: باقتك، وأعدادًا تطبّق حدود الباقة (المساحة، ورسائل الذكاء الاصطناعي، والصفحات المنشورة)، ومنطقتك الزمنية ولغتك لتصل التذكيرات في وقتك المحلي، ومعرّفًا عشوائيًا للجهاز، ورمز الإشعارات لجهاز سمحت له بها، ووقت آخر نشاط لك. وإن أنشأت ملفًا عامًّا خزّنّا أيضًا المعرّف الذي تختاره، والاسم المعروض عليه، ونبذة قصيرة، وحتى ثلاثة روابط، واللغة واللون اللذين تحددهما له. وتُخزَّن الملفات لدى Convex، ولدى Cloudflare R2 حين نفعّله لتخزين الملفات.

What we do not doما لا نفعله

We do not show ads and we do not sell your information. We use no advertising or analytics tools and no tracking across other apps and websites, and the apps do not ask to track you. Apart from the error reports described above and the plain page view counts described under Sharing and publishing, we make no measurement of how the app or its pages are used. Synced notes are not end to end encrypted, so our systems can read them, which is how sharing and search work. AI featuresميزات الذكاء الاصطناعي

The AI tutor runs only when you send it a message. We send our server your message, the earlier messages of that conversation, and the text of the open note or notes it reads for you when you include them. Our server passes these to OpenRouter, which sends them to the language model chosen for your plan, and the answer comes back the same way. We also send an internal account number, not your name or email, so abuse can be traced. Nothing is sent in the background. OpenRouter and the model provider handle the text under their own terms, including how long they keep it, so leave out anything you do not want them to process. If you do not use the tutor, none of your notes go to any AI service. We keep counts of use to enforce limits.المعلّم الذكي لا يعمل إلا حين ترسل إليه رسالة. نرسل إلى خادمنا رسالتك، ورسائل المحادثة السابقة، ونص الملاحظة المفتوحة أو الملاحظات التي يقرؤها لأجلك إن ضمّنتها. ويمرّر خادمنا ذلك إلى OpenRouter الذي يرسله إلى النموذج اللغوي المخصص لباقتك، وتعود الإجابة بالطريق نفسه. ونرسل معه رقم حساب داخليًا، لا اسمك ولا بريدك، ليسهل تتبّع إساءة الاستعمال. ولا يُرسل شيء في الخلفية. وتعالج OpenRouter ومزوّد النموذج النص وفق شروطهما، ومنها مدة الاحتفاظ به، فاترك خارج رسالتك ما لا تريد أن يعالجوه. وإن لم تستعمل المعلّم فلا تصل ملاحظاتك إلى أي خدمة ذكاء اصطناعي. ونحتفظ بأعداد الاستعمال لتطبيق الحدود.

Who processes data for usمن يعالج البيانات لأجلنا

These providers handle data for us, and only for the purpose given. Clerk: sign-in and sessions. Apple and Google: signing in with their accounts and, in the apps, purchases through the App Store and Google Play. Convex: our database, which holds synced data and files. Cloudflare R2: file storage, once switched on. Polar: payments for subscriptions bought on the web; we never see your card number. RevenueCat: subscription status in the apps; it knows you only by a random identifier, never your email. OpenRouter and the model provider it routes to: the AI tutor, as described above. Resend: email for invitations and the optional morning summary; it sees the recipient address and the message. Expo's push service, then Apple and Google: notifications you allow. Sentry: error reports, as described above. Vercel: hosting for this site and the web app. Most of these providers operate outside Saudi Arabia, so using online features transfers your data abroad. Sharing and publishingالمشاركة والنشر

A note is private until you share it. Invited people see what you give them access to. A published page is public to anyone with its address (your-handle.risha.site/your-address) and asks search engines to stay away unless you allow indexing. Unpublishing takes the page down at once, and if you change a page's address the old one points to the new one for 30 days. We count how often a published page is opened: one number per page per day, with no cookie, no IP address and nothing about who looked. Crawlers and link previews are left out, and you see the total and the last seven days in the app. A public profile is optional and starts hidden. When you turn it on, anyone can see its address (your-handle.risha.site), your display name, short bio, links, language and colour, and the pages you choose to list on it. Nothing else about your account is shown, and never your email. A profile also asks search engines to stay away unless you allow indexing. A handle you give up is kept for you for 45 days, then anyone can take it. If someone reports a public page, a profile or a shared item, we keep a short copy of what was reported so a person can judge it, and we keep it for safety.تبقى الملاحظة خاصة حتى تشاركها. ويرى المدعوّون ما منحتهم الوصول إليه. والصفحة المنشورة عامة لكل من يملك عنوانها (معرّفك.risha.site/عنوانك)، وتطلب من محركات البحث ألّا تفهرسها ما لم تسمح. وإلغاء النشر يُنزل الصفحة فورًا، وإذا غيّرت عنوان صفحة فإن العنوان القديم يحيل إلى الجديد مدة 30 يومًا. ونعدّ كم مرة فُتحت الصفحة المنشورة: رقمًا واحدًا لكل صفحة في كل يوم، دون ملف تعريف ارتباط ودون عنوان IP ودون أي معلومة عمّن زارها. ولا يدخل في العدّ الزواحف ومعاينات الروابط، وترى المجموع وآخر سبعة أيام داخل التطبيق. والملف العام اختياري ويبدأ مخفيًّا. فإذا فعّلته صار أي شخص قادرًا على رؤية عنوانه (معرّفك.risha.site) واسمك المعروض ونبذتك وروابطك ولغتك ولونك والصفحات التي تختار إدراجها فيه. ولا يُعرض شيء آخر عن حسابك، ولا بريدك الإلكتروني أبدًا. والملف يطلب كذلك من محركات البحث ألّا تفهرسه ما لم تسمح. والمعرّف الذي تتخلى عنه نحتفظ به لك 45 يومًا ثم يستطيع أي شخص أخذه. وإذا أبلغ أحدهم عن صفحة عامة أو ملف عام أو شيء مشترك فإننا نحتفظ بنسخة قصيرة مما أُبلغ عنه ليحكم فيه شخص حقيقي، ونبقيها لأغراض السلامة.

Your choices and your rightsخياراتك وحقوقك

You can export everything in Settings, under Privacy and data, as files you keep. You can delete notes at any time; what you delete (notes, notebooks, folders and decks) waits in Recently deleted for up to 30 days, or 7 if you choose that, and then goes for good. You can delete your account in Settings, under Account and plan. It blocks the account at once, then erases your notes, files, cards, comments, sharing settings, profile, handle and preferences from our servers, and removes your sign-in identity from Clerk. Only an internal marker stays, with no name or email, so an old sign-in cannot quietly open a new empty account. Notes on your device are removed by clearing site data or the app. Short-lived usage counts are removed after about 40 days, and the daily view counts of a page after 60 days (a page's counts go as soon as you unpublish it). We keep a copy of a reported public page or shared item for safety, and an address on our do-not-email list after someone unsubscribes or an email bounces, so we do not write to it again. Error reports stay with Sentry for the period set in our account there. Purchase records stay with Apple, Google, RevenueCat or Polar for as long as the law requires them to. Under Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law you may ask to see, correct, receive a copy of or delete your personal data, and withdraw consent you gave. Write to us as described under Changes and contact and we will answer. You may also complain to the Saudi Data and AI Authority.يمكنك تصدير كل شيء من الإعدادات، في قسم الخصوصية والبيانات، ملفاتٍ تحتفظ بها. ويمكنك حذف الملاحظات في أي وقت؛ وما تحذفه (ملاحظات ودفاتر ومجلدات ومجموعات) ينتظر في المحذوفات مؤخرًا حتى 30 يومًا، أو 7 أيام إن اخترت ذلك، ثم يزول نهائيًا. ويمكنك حذف حسابك من الإعدادات، في قسم الحساب والخطة: يُوقَف الحساب فورًا، ثم تُمحى ملاحظاتك وملفاتك وبطاقاتك وتعليقاتك وإعدادات المشاركة وملفك العام ومعرّفك وتفضيلاتك من خوادمنا، وتُزال هويتك من Clerk. ولا يبقى إلا علامة داخلية بلا اسم ولا بريد، حتى لا يفتح تسجيل دخول قديم حسابًا فارغًا جديدًا بصمت. والملاحظات على جهازك تُزال بمسح بيانات المواقع أو التطبيق. وأعداد الاستعمال قصيرة الأجل تُحذف بعد نحو أربعين يومًا، وأعداد المشاهدة اليومية لأي صفحة بعد ستين يومًا (وتزول أعدادها كلها فور إلغاء نشرها). ونحتفظ بنسخة من الصفحة العامة أو العنصر المشترك الذي أُبلغ عنه لأغراض السلامة، ونبقي العنوان في قائمة عدم المراسلة بعد إلغاء الاشتراك في الرسائل أو ارتداد الرسالة حتى لا نكتب إليه ثانيةً. وتبقى تقارير الأخطاء لدى Sentry للمدة المضبوطة في حسابنا هناك. وتبقى سجلات الشراء لدى Apple أو Google أو RevenueCat أو Polar بقدر ما يوجبه عليها القانون. وبموجب نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة العربية السعودية يحق لك أن تطلب الاطلاع على بياناتك الشخصية وتصحيحها والحصول على نسخة منها وحذفها، وأن تسحب موافقتك التي أعطيتها. اكتب إلينا كما في قسم «التغييرات والتواصل» وسنردّ عليك. ويحق لك أيضًا أن تتقدم بشكوى إلى الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي.

Childrenالأطفال

Risha is for students and teachers aged 13 and over, and it is not made for children under 13. There is no age check when you sign up, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you are under 18, ask a parent, guardian or school before you make an account. If you think a child under 13 has an account, tell us and we will delete it.ريشة للطلاب والمعلمين ممن بلغوا الثالثة عشرة فأكثر، وليست مصنوعة للأطفال دون الثالثة عشرة. لا يوجد تحقق من العمر عند التسجيل، ولا نجمع عن علم بيانات أطفال دون الثالثة عشرة. وإن كنت دون الثامنة عشرة فاسأل أحد والديك أو وليّ أمرك أو مدرستك قبل إنشاء حساب. وإن ظننت أن طفلًا دون الثالثة عشرة لديه حساب فأخبرنا وسنحذفه.
